The First Midterm Assignment The late-19th century was the most prolonged time period in American history and also what the bloodiest. Many violent events occurred that gave the 19th century its name, such as, profound labor conflicts between boss and workers, the Indian wars that was an extended battle for peace and a benefit in their lifestyles, the Jim Crow law which was established to separate races throughout the city, and also the fight for the American Empires power. These were the major issues that made the 19th century an important time period in American history. Harsh working conditions have always posed as an issue in American History but in the late 19th boycott and strikes arose when cities and factories developed such as the Carnegie Company, which made businesses have a higher demand for workers. â€Å"Factories often maintained poor health and safety conditions. In the tragic play Romeo and Juliet by William Shakespeare, Romeo met Juliet from an enemy family in a party that he was not supposed to attend, and they quickly fell in love. Of course, this forbidden love brought unfortunate luck, and both Romeo and Juliet died at the end of the play. Who shall be held responsible for the death of Romeo and Juliet? This question has been bothering people, and yet to be answered. There are indeed many variables that have affected this, but I think Romeo himself is responsible for his own death and the one of his wife Juliet. Since the beginning of the play, Romeo has been acting foolishly, and he could not behave and calm himself down. If he had behaved well and thought before doing whatever he was going to do, everything could’ve been better. Romeo first made his big mistake by going to the party hosting by the Capulets. Summer is obviously hesitant and against relationships yet Tom is overly eager to find the perfect girl. The story ultimately shows the demise and after effects of their relationship. During the administration of Richard Nixon, he administered policies that were geared towards the establishment of countering running liberal programs. The supply and distribution network should be very good to reach out to customers as and when required. The promotion mix is related as to how the customers will come to know about the new offer, products and services of the company. So, the company should go for both the innovative and traditional mediums of marketing their company. They should also keep in mind that their target market should be easily tapped by their marketing efforts and strategies. They can go for marketing activities inside and outside their stores because this will fulfil both the objectives of retaining the existing customers and attracting new ones. The people mix aspect is related to the people who are working for you and also for whom the company is working i.e. the employees, suppliers and the customers. The company has to make efforts to keep all of them happy and contended. The process mix aspect is for the procedure and policies that are followed by the company in order to give the best to its customers. The processes should be such that it moves in a flowing manner from manufacturing to reaching to the end user without any hurdle in between. In addition, if any hurdle occurs also then their back up plans should be very effective. The physical distribution is related to the tangible things which the company offers. Hence, company dealing in products they should take care of the packaging and quality of the products which will bring back their customers to them in turn of the experience which the company will provide. Therefore; the marketing mix will help to analyse the companys performance and accomplishment of its market ing objectives.
